I would like to take a few minutes to acquaint you with a company that will truly appreciate your business.  Distinguished Charters is a company that emerged from my lifelong vision.  My 20 years of experience in the Charter Bus industry prepared me to run my own company.   I have driven over 250 thousand miles in all types of weather, different states, and with numerous groups and organizations.  Additionally, I was a Manager for Greyhound Lines, Inc., for over two years.   They are the largest ground transportation provider of people in the USA.  One of the most valuable lessons I have learned in life is that people like to feel appreciated.   Distinguished Charters staff will make that happen.

We believe that a group should have a great coach experience, not just a bus ride.  This process starts the first time we speak on the phone until your safe return home.  We are not out to make a fast buck and disappear.  Instead, we want to become the company you call to provide your Charter Bus Service.  Our clients are the reason we are successful and we strive to build lasting relationships with them.  This action has sustained me throughout my career in this industry.

Our drivers have an average of 15.3 years of safe driving experience.  The coaches in our fleet are 2000 year models or newer.  They are all equipped with 5 or 6 monitor video systems, compact disc players, am/fm stereo cassettes, and some have DVD players on-board.  There are 56 high-quality reclining seats on-board with individual air vents, reading lights, footrest, and enclosed airplane style parcel racks.  No matter how many amenities these coaches have on-board, they cannot be enjoyed unless the bus and restroom are clean.  Each driver understands the importance of maintaining this standard and supplies are provided to aid them.

We focus on Safety first.  We will never do anything to jeopardize yours or ours.  To insure drivers stay aware of this directive, they undergo frequent training dealing with safe driving techniques, customer service/passenger comfort, adverse weather operation, and stress management skills.  This prepares our Drivers for different circumstances on the road.
